This week the UIB Microcomputing Support Service is reinstating face-to-face operations.
Support will remain available over the usual communication channels, including face-to-face:
- In-person in offices and across the campus

- Over the website:
- Via the contact form for incidents and/or support
- Via creating a ticket on the CAU Portal-Jira
The User Service Centre is open from Monday to Friday, 8 am to 8 pm, although for the time being it will only offer face-to-face support from 8 am to 3 pm.
The Service reminds users that due to the exceptional circumstances, where face-to-face support is requested, the social distancing safety measures must be followed, including:
- If an individual is being attended at the counter, the next-in-line must wait and maintain the recommended safety distance
- Users must follow the instructions given by the technicians
- In order to avoid long waits and service delays, you are recommended to call and request an appointment
- Those who have requested an appointment shall be helped first followed by the rest in order of arrival.
