The Laboratory for Mediation, Conflict Resolution and Family Counselling at the UIB has implemented the 'We need to talk' initiative - an online service aimed at providing support and advice for social workers who, at this time, are dealing with exhaustion and overwork due to the COVID-19 health and social crisis.
