The Call for grants for short stays as visiting lecturers (first semester 2020) was published on 1^st September 2019. These grants were awarded on 30^th October in a resolution issued by the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research and Internationalisation.

The grant programme for short stays as visiting lecturers has been one of the most impacted both by the state of emergency in Spain and by the current mobility restrictions in place around the globe. The Office of the Pro-Vice Chancellor for Research and Internationalisation is fully conscious of this situation and, in order to continue promoting research internationalisation at the UIB and to drive the recovery of international research activity in the coming months, it has decided to amend the call in accordance with the exceptional circumstances to avoid prejudicing those affected, as per the terms set out in the amendment resolution.
